When you contact us by email or through this website, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message. We collect this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage our services, to deliver those services.

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts on this website. We do not collect data automatically when you browse this site.

Why We Process Your Data

How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiry data (emails, contact details) is retained for 12 months after our last correspondence unless a business relationship is established, in which case data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years to comply with Bulgarian accounting requirements.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

Google Workspace (email and document processing) — Google’s EU data processing terms apply.
Our Bulgarian accountant — for invoicing and tax compliance only.
Regulatory authorities — only if required by law.
